CBT: in 15 minutes

October 24, 2019 630-830pm

CRNM boardroom

"Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a short-term, goal-oriented psychotherapy treatment that takes a hands-on, practical approach to problem-solving. Its goal is to change patterns of thinking or behavior that are behind people's difficulties, and so change the way they feel."

Dr. Altman's presentation will help nurses (LPNs, RNs, NPs, PAs, other allied health professionals)

to perform CBT within a brief 15-30 minute appointment to meet the demand of our ever-growing population struggling with mental health.

Presented by:

Gary Altman M.D. FRCPC,  Dip. ACT, FCPA
